We will perform diagnosis and repair of equipment under the following provisions:

1. Although we do our best to safeguard your data and/or equipment, you understand that we may not be able to repair or restore your equipment/data. You will hold Professional Computer Consulting Services dba American Liberator Technologies, harmless from any and all losses whether intentional or not that may result in diagnosis or repair of equipment.

2. We will do our best to diagnosis and repair your equipment. In order to do so, we may have to view, modify, or remove data on your equipment. You authorize and acknowledge that we have your permission to do so. If in the course of our interacting with your computers, systems, servers, or any other equipment, we discover any information of a criminal nature, we will notify the proper authorities and, if in our possession for repair or diagnosis, will release any and all equipment to the authorities.
